Terms & Conditions

• Delivery is made by Evri or Royal Mail
• At present, we are only able to accept orders from within UK & countries within EU. For orders outside of this area, please contact us. Please note that due to the current GPSR regulations, we have currently stopped posting internationally. We hope to resolve this in the future. 
• Any orders placed before 10.30am, Monday – Friday, we aim to dispatch on the same day.
• Orders placed after this or on a weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
• All items remain the property of Just Sew until payment is processed.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order, without notice.
• Due to the nature of our products, all products offered are subject to availability, and can be withdrawn at any time without notice.  If your order cannot be fulfilled, then we will offer you an alternative or a full refund.
• As we use a third party payment processor, we cannot be held liable for any loss of financial information.
• We will never share, rent or sell your personal details with any third party.
• Claims for damage, mis-shipping, dissatisfaction should be made within 24 hours.  If you make more than 2 claims, we have the right to refuse to sell items to you in the future.
• You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of any returned items.
• Images shown are for illustration purposes only, actual products may differ slightly.
• We have the right to change these terms & conditions at any time and without prior notice.
• Please leave any special instructions on the order form relating to where the courier can leave your parcel i.e in a garden shed etc.
• The terms & conditions do not affect your consumer statutory rights.
