****Due to the new GPSR regulations, we have currently suspended our delivery services to Europe and all Rest of the World. We sincerely apologies to our international customers and share your frustrations with you. We can only hope that this gets resolved, so we can reinstate our international deliveries once again.*****

Any orders placed before 10.30am, Monday – Friday, we aim to dispatch it on the same day. Orders placed after this time or on a weekend will be dispatched the next working day. You can choose at the checkout how your order is shipped; Courier (Evri) or Tracked 48, Royal Mail.

MAINLAND GREAT BRITAIN Delivery:

Up to £60 – £3.50 for Courier (Evri) OR £5.99 for Tracked 48, Royal Mail.
Over £60 – Free

Northern Ireland Delivery:

Up to £60 – £5.99 Tracked 48, Royal Mail.
Over £60 – Free

Returns and Cancellations

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods and we will aim to solve your problem. Please note that once a fabric, ribbon or trimming has been cut they cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged, other items must be returned to us within 14 days.
