Super Universal Sewing Machine Needles

These new needles are industrial graded, but designed for domestic use!

They have a non-stick coating of NIT (Nickel-Phosphor-PTFE), meaning that the needle eye and groove do not get clogged when sewing with adhesive backing and foams, which also helps to prevent your thread from breaking. The eye of the needle is extra-large in size (making it perfect for embroidery projects) and  corresponds to a needle 2 sizes up;  a size 70/10 Super Universal Needle is the equivalent of a standard 90/14 size needle. They also have a distinctive scarf and special design of the eye which prevents skipped stitches.

The design of these needles mean they are suited for sewing adhesive fabrics/tapes, such as self-adhesive Velcro, sewing with embroidery stabiliser and sewing with temporary spray adhesive.

Size: 70/10. (Per the above guidance of the extra-large eye design, these needles will be the equivalent of a standard size 90/14 needle.)
